These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdummy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bdummy website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and any other services offered under the bdummy brand.

By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds, by placing a bet or wager, or by simply browsing the bdummy platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes fresh acceptance of the amended version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your relationship with bdummy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication, these Terms take precedence.

If you access bdummy on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bdummy, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Online gambling is for adults only. bdummy enforces this limit without exception.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a corporate capacity for gaming purposes).
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdummy or requested permanent account closure. Attempting to re-register during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a bdummy employee or contractor in a role that involves access to player data, odds management, or game outcomes.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live physical processes, and that past performance does not predict future results.

bdummy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in account suspension pending verification.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active bdummy account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or in combination with another person's identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and any winnings or bonuses accrued on the duplicate account will be voided.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your bdummy account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your National ID Card or passport), your date of birth, your active Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and notify bdummy promptly if any registered details change.

Providing false registration information — including a false name, a date of birth that misrepresents your age, or an identity number belonging to another person — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. bdummy will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact bdummy support immediately via Live Chat. We strongly recommend enabling the optional two-factor authentication (2FA) feature available in Account Settings.

KYC Verification

All players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include the Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), Bangladeshi passport, and driver's licence. Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation that the bKash or Nagad number registered on bdummy is the same one linked to your verified identity) may also be required. KYC is a mandatory regulatory safeguard that protects both the platform and legitimate players.

Accepted Payment Methods

bdummy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and domestic bank transfer. All transactions are processed natively in BDT — there is no currency conversion, no exchange rate applied, and no hidden processing fee charged by bdummy.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits imposed by your chosen mobile wallet provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad daily transaction limits).
• Deposits typically credit to your bdummy account within 60 seconds of the mobile wallet transaction being confirmed.

Withdrawal Limits & Processing

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 (subject to review for amounts above ৳100,000)
• Withdrawals are processed within one to four hours during operational hours (08:00–00:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the following operational window.
• Withdrawals are paid only to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified bdummy account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed full KYC verification. Additionally, any deposited funds must have been wagered at least once before withdrawal — this single-wager requirement applies to the principal deposit amount only and is separate from any bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals requested while an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements is attached to your account may be declined or may result in the bonus being cancelled before the withdrawal proceeds.

bdummy offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods — which are published in full on the relevant promotion page at the time of activation.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to your bonus balance. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from completing the wagering requirement on bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on bdummy bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Crash games and sports bets contribute at the rate specified on the individual promotion page. Games that contribute 0% are listed on the promotion page and must not be used for bonus wagering.
• If you withdraw real-money funds while an uncleared bonus is active on your account, bdummy reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• bdummy reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reclaim a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, low-variance betting strategies designed to exploit a bonus, or the use of a bonus by an ineligible player.

Welcome Bonus

New bdummy players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The specific percentage match, maximum bonus amount, minimum deposit requirement, and wagering requirement for the current welcome offer are published on the bdummy Casino page and the bdummy Login page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to each eligible player once only and cannot be claimed again under any circumstances, including by closing and re-registering an account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdummy platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one bdummy account, or using another person's account credentials to place wagers.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false personal information, using another person's National ID Card, passport, or mobile wallet details, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit bdummy's bonus system through coordinated wagering, low-risk staking patterns designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusion with other players for the purpose of bonus clearing.
• Chip dumping: Intentionally losing funds to another player's account in live casino games or poker for the purpose of transferring value between accounts.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the bdummy platform, place bets, or simulate player activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live dealer games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank for a deposit that was genuinely made to your bdummy account. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation, and any outstanding balance will be frozen.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or in any way connected to attempts to fix or manipulate the outcome of a match or game.
• Underage access: Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

Suspension by bdummy

bdummy reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for any prohibited activity as defined in Section 6.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• The account poses a money laundering, fraud, or financial crime risk.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion or cooling-off request has been submitted by the account holder.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available. If a breach is confirmed, bdummy reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting bdummy's 24/7 Live Chat support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bdummy will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email and mobile number before any dormancy fee is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to accounts that remain inactive beyond this period, subject to the account balance not falling below zero. No dormancy fee will reduce an account balance below ৳0.

bdummy operates exclusively as an 18+ platform and is genuinely committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It carries financial risk, and it is important that every player sets personal limits and plays within their means.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdummy platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any content from the bdummy platform without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Use any bdummy brand asset, logo, or trademark in any way not expressly authorised in writing by bdummy.
• Create derivative works based on any bdummy content or software.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. bdummy is an authorised distributor of that content and makes no claim of ownership over studio-developed game assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdummy's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdummy shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of gambling winnings resulting from a technical error, game malfunction, or server interruption, where the error is identified and the relevant round is voided in accordance with our fair-play policy.

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or cyberattacks.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdummy's liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

bdummy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will post a notice on the bdummy platform homepage. The updated Terms will display a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bdummy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the 24/7 support team via Live Chat.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without specific notice, though the Effective Date will be updated accordingly. bdummy recommends that all players review this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bdummy platform. In the event of any dispute between you and bdummy arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

To raise a formal complaint, contact bdummy's support team via Live Chat or by sending a written description of your complaint to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of the complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. bdummy does not accept liability for claims that are not first submitted through the formal complaint process described above.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version (if produced), the English version shall prevail and be the governing text.
